We are always so happy to spend our day shooting at The Venetian Estate in Milton, WV as it’s one of our favorite local venues. Shane and Lydia’s day was no exception to that. The beautiful historic mansion, the open and bright rooms the girls get ready in, the little tucked away garden space for the ceremony, and they always have top-notch food- all of this is the formula of a wonderful wedding day!
Lydia and Shane had beautiful weather for their wedding at The Venetian and the sun was smiling down on us all day. Their wedding party and family made the day so easy and enjoyable for us as they welcomed us in as one of the gang as we photographed and captured their special day.
Their ceremony and celebration were centered around their faith and love for one another and their family. They started out their life together building upon a solid and fortified foundation with so many cheering them on and supporting them.
It’s always so cool to us that such a wonderful wedding venue is tucked in such a small town like Milton, West Virginia but it’s one that we definitely recommend and encourage you to check out for your own wedding. Its grounds make the perfect garden-esque background for a beautiful ceremony and photos to treasure forever.
