Kristyn and Jason met us at a bridal expo in March that was held at their venue, The Resort at Glade Springs in Daniel, WV. We were smitten with their sweet personalities and ability to easily laugh with us and were so excited that they chose to book us on the spot that day! We could tell by Kristyn’s personality she was gonna have her stuff together and have a well ran ship the day of her wedding.
They had the kind of weather you could only pray for in August. Not too hot, a mix of sun and clouds, and a perfect breeze all day long. The wedding party was so much fun and was ready for anything we threw at them. The bride’s mom was super helpful all day long to anything we needed and the groom’s grandfather, who performed the marriage ceremony, was as sweet as they come and didn’t know a stranger. It was very easy to blend in as “one of the group” all day long.
You could tell by the way Jason and Kristyn looked at each other that they had built their love on a solid foundation of faith and trust that will not be easily shaken. They had all they needed in life found in God and his love extended through one another.
Glade Springs Resort offered a beautiful backdrop for photos, a wonderful private lawn area for the ceremony, and their catering was spot on. We were glad for the opportunity to experience this venue and look forward to many more in the future!
