We always love shooting at The Gaines Estate in Fayetteville, WV, so when Kristen and Chris contacted us about capturing their wedding there we were so pumped!
We had an overcast day, in early fall, but still enjoyed the views of the beautiful property for an outdoor ceremony surrounded by many of their family and friends and family-style dining at rows of tables under the tent by the walnut grove.
Their wedding day was perfect from start to finish. We had the beautiful estate home to get ready in which offered great light and amazing character, the sprawling grounds for picture-perfect backdrops, and the perfect reception space to party all night in!
It’s always so cool to us that such wonderful wedding venues are tucked within our great state, and this one is one that we definitely recommend and encourage you to check out for your own wedding. We cannot wait to experience The Gaines Estate again!
