Adventures on the Gorge, at Fayetteville, WV, is one of our favorite West Virginia wedding venues. Incredible hospitality, Jessica and her team are top notch and events always go off flawlessly; plus the food at Smokey’s Steakhouse is always spot on.

We walked into the bride’s cabin to meet Hayley and were immediately greeted by the warmest welcome and friendliest of faces. We could tell right away it was going to be an insanely fun day. All of their family and friends were ready to make the most of Hayley and David’s New River Gorge WV wedding. They came from all over the country to celebrate their friends and they were going to make it count.

Their first look at a cliff overlooking the New River Gorge was epically beautiful and emotional as they read hand written vows to one another moments after glimpsing each other on the day their forever started.

The weather was perfect and the ceremony went off flawlessly. The reception was the party to remember! Such incredible energy and the fun was nonstop. We are forever thankful this Virginia couple reached out to us to help them celebrate they’re I Do’s down the country roads in the Wild and Wonderful.

One of the most fun and sentimental details of Hayley and David's ceremony was that they had Hayley's grandmother as the ``flower girl``.

David is an avid rock climber and Hayley got pulled into it as well while they were dating. They added their own personal thumbprint to the ceremony by taking a moment to ``tie the knot`` with Dave's climbing ropes. Hayley started the knot and Dave finished it.
